Sterling Furniture Group is the UK’s largest independent furniture retailer, encompassing multiple locations and with over 35 years of delivering quality furniture. For a number of years, we have helped them to run several direct mail campaigns over the course of each year.
This client’s needs are varied and complex. Depending on the campaign, Sterling will request personalised invitations and/or letters, multiple versions, different styles and all to be inserted or cross-matched with personalised envelopes with a “Second Class Stamp” postage mark.
Separate artwork and data are supplied for each of their stores, which we initially merge for personalisation and apply necessary coding to allow 100% cross-matching. We then produce all base stock for each location, personalise and fulfil before distributing on Sterling’s mailing account.
Specific land dates are required for each separate mailing, to coincide with Sterling’s pre-scheduled events, so mailing dates are critical. We ensure that all items are printed, enclosed and mailed with impeccable timing, to offer maximum response time for our client.
